Neutralizer for direct application that neutralizes and sets the perm while respecting hair. Specially created for use with Ondasilk.

directions for use
After using the perm (Ondasilk), saturate thoroughly with the Neutralizer. Leave on 10 min. Remove the perm rods and saturate again. Leave for 5 min. Rinse thoroughly.
